Packbox.in offers a wide range of packaging products including but not limited to corrugated boxes, shipping boxes, e-commerce packaging, gift boxes, food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, courier bags, tapes, protective materials, and subscription packaging services. We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, dimensions, or other details displayed on your screen will be perfectly accurate due to variations in display settings.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels and may vary.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.
Payment can be made through the payment methods available on our Site, including but not limited to Razorpay, UPI, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, and cash on delivery (where available). All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your financial information on our servers.
6. Order Acceptance and Fulfilment
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
For custom or bulk orders, a separate quotation and confirmation process may apply. Custom orders may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of quotation.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to locations across India and select international destinations. Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and logistics partner performance.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Subscription Services
Packbox.in offers subscription-based packaging services. By subscribing, you agree to receive regular shipments of the selected packaging products at the frequency and price agreed upon at the time of subscription. Subscription terms, including pricing, frequency, and cancellation policies, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by contacting us at sales@packbox.in or through your account dashboard.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
We accept returns for damaged or defective products. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@packbox.in with your order details and photographs of the damaged/defective items. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Custom-made or personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at sales@packbox.in. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Packbox.in or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
